For convenience if the Entrance Gate is not open and the Sign-In Shelter is not attended, Training Groups, Certified Divers, and Instructors may open the gates, sign the Release & Regulation Form, obtain a copy of the Rules & Regulations and Lake Map,  and use the envelope to deposit the fees in the Deposit Box at the Shelter.
